TriMAgen is a Triangular Moving Average generalized by J.Ehlers.
It has two input parameters:
- Period – calculation period
- Applied price – price used for calculations
Calculation:
TriMAgen = SUM / Len2
where:
SUM = sum of SMA(Applied price, Len1) within the Len2 range
Len1 = Floor((Period+1.0)/2)
Len2 = Ceil((Period+1.0)/2)

How to install TriMAgen MT5 Indicator.mq5 to your MetaTrader 5 Chart?
- Download TriMAgen MT5 Indicator.mq5
- Copy TriMAgen MT5 Indicator.mq5 to your Metatrader 5 Directory / experts / indicators /
- Start or restart your Metatrader 5 Client
- Select Chart and Timeframe where you want to test your mt5 indicator
- Search “Custom Indicators” in your Navigator mostly left in your Metatrader 5 Client
